Bordeaux Population Health (BPH) est une UMR placée sous la double tutelle de l'Inserm et de l'Université de Bordeaux spécialisée sur les questions de santé des populations. Les travaux de ses chercheurs couvrent un large champ de pathologies (maladies infectieuses dont le VIH, neurologie, cancérologie, traumatologie, santé mentale), d’expositions (facteurs sociaux, environnementaux, nutritionnels, médicaments, génétiques), de méthodes (biostatistique, psychologie) et de populations (jeunes, adultes, personnes âgées, population générale, échantillons de malades).
La collection HAL U1219 signale les publications scientifiques du laboratoire déposées sur OSKAR Bordeaux (Open Science Knowledge ARchive), l'archive ouverte institutionnelle de l'Université de Bordeaux, de l'Université Bordeaux Montaigne, de Sciences Po Bordeaux, de Bordeaux INP et de Bordeaux Sciences Agro, ainsi que des EPST partenaires du site. OSKAR Bordeaux est un entrepôt interopérable notamment avec HAL : toutes les publications déposées dans OSKAR Bordeaux sont exportées automatiquement vers HAL. Il vise à soutenir le mouvement de la science ouverte et offrir une alternative aux modèles éditoriaux commerciaux dominants.
